Group Lesson Enrollment FAQ’s

How do I enroll in Group Lessons?

All enrollments are completed manually by our administrative team.

**NEW FAMILIES**

  1. Please complete the Registration Form available on our Group Lesson webpage.
  2. Once completed, please email us at mbkswimlessons@gocoppermine.com with the following information:
    • Desired class dates/times. Please provide us with your top 3 options.
      Appropriate class level that corresponds with child’s age and abilities
      Child’s date of birth
      Child’s full name

RETURNING FAMILIES

Enrollment requests for returning families should continue to be submitted via email to mbkswimlessons@gocoppermine.com.

 

What does the Enrollment Process look like?

Enrollment is completed in several phases in the weeks leading up to a new session.

Phase One: Families currently enrolled in group lessons are invited to reenroll in those same classes.
Phase Two: Families currently enrolled in group lessons are given the opportunity to make changes to their schedule.
Phase Three: Enrollment opens to all families.

This process is designed to ensure children presently enrolled in our Group Lessons are given the opportunity to secure an appropriate space in the ensuing session. Thus maintaining continuity in their swim instruction!

 

How quickly will my Enrollment Request be processed?

Our administrative team works diligently throughout the enrollment period to process the hundreds of requests as quickly as possible, in the order in which they are received. Typically requests are processed within 48 hours. To help us speed up this process, please make sure to include the following in your emailed enrollment request…

  • Child’s full name
  • Child’s date of birth
  • Appropriate class level that corresponds with child’s age and abilities
  • Desired class date/time. Please provide us with your top 3 options.

Requests for multiple children may be included in a single email. Please make sure to include the above information for EACH child you wish to enroll.

 

Why does the Registration Form ask for Credit Card information? 

Our class registration software – Jackrabbit – requires a credit card be added to each new account. By completing the Registration Form, you will have created an account and be able to access the Parent Portal.

Your card will not be charged until you are enrolled in a class.

After submitting an enrollment request via email, the full amount for the upcoming session will be charged, and a confirmation with a receipt will be promptly sent to you.

 

How do I use the Parent Portal?

For Group lessons, the Parent Portal is primarily utilized for billing purposes. However, when signed in you have the ability to update family, contact, and payment information.

Enrollment is not available through the Parent Portal. Over the years, we have found that being able to speak directly with families about their child’s needs best allows us to ensure placement in the most appropriate class, with the proper instructor to meet their needs.
