Meadowbrook Tomatoes

From 12 swimmers in 1987, the Meadowbrook Tomatoes have grown to be one of the best teams in the Central Maryland Swim League.

The Tomatoes summer swim team is a fun activity for children ages 6-18. Competitive experience is not necessary. Children interested must be part of a Summer or Yearly family membership and pass the deep water test to be able to be a Tomato. (Deep Water Test = Swim 25 M in deep end and Tread water for 60 seconds)

Sign up for Summer 2024 will begin April 1st.  

In the summer, practices are in the afternoons Monday through Friday.  Swim meets are on Saturday mornings. 

Cost per swimmer will be $150.  Maximum $350 per family.  There is no charge for swimmers 15 – 18 years old.

Practice Times

Schedule beginning Monday, June 3rd

6 & Unders: 3:30pm – 4:00pm

8 & Unders: 3:30pm -4:15pm

9 & 10’s: 4:00-4:45 pm

11 & Overs: 4:45pm – 5:30pm

Beginning June 19th all practices move one half hour earlier – 3pm – 5pm
